All sales are final once an order has been processed and delivered to the service provider. Because we deliver digital marketing services instantly or automatically, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The order was not delivered within the stated service time.

  • The service was not started at all.

  • The order failed due to a system or technical error.

  • Duplicate payments were made for the same order.

  • The service description was significantly inaccurate.

In such cases, refunds will be credited to the user’s GrowBizz account balance unless otherwise approved.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Orders that are already completed.

  • Services affected by user error (e.g., wrong username, private account, incorrect link).

  • Drops after the refill period has expired.

  • Account bans, suspensions, or content removals caused by platform policies.

  • Change of mind after placing the order.

  • Delays caused by third-party social media platforms.

4. Refill Policy

Some services include a refill guarantee. If followers/likes/views drop within the refill period stated in the service description:

  • Users must request a refill within the valid timeframe.

  • Refunds will not be issued if a refill is available.

5. Wallet Refunds

Funds added to your GrowBizz wallet are non-refundable to external payment methods unless required by law. Users may use their wallet balance for future purchases.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension.

  • Permanent ban from the platform.

We encourage users to contact support to resolve any issue before filing disputes.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • 1–5 business days for wallet credit.

  • 5–10 business days for external payment reversals (if approved).
